EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

If you received a product and are not satisfied or it simply doesn’t fit, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days or an exchange for store credit within 7 calendar days after delivery. For this, the product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, and with all items received.

The consumer can cancel the purchase and request cancellation by email or WhatsApp. After shipping, the consumer should wait for delivery and refuse it. After we receive confirmation that the order is returning to our store, the full amount is immediately refunded to the customer.

To avoid any inconvenience with your purchase, when placing the order, please follow the information below, such as:

1. Product description and technical specifications.
2. Check product dimensions (sizes)
3. T-shirt color
4. Upon receiving the product, refuse acceptance and contact Customer Service if you notice any of the following situations:
4.1. Product damaged during transport;
4.2. Violated packaging;
4.3. Missing accessories or items;
4.4. Product not in accordance with the order.

IMPORTANT: In case of purchase regret, for the request to be approved in our exchange and return system, the customer needs to attach clear photos of how the products are to prove that they are unused and with tags. SHIPPING POLICY:

The order shipping time varies according to the location, counting from the purchase approval by the credit card administrator, bank slip, or PIX, depending on payment confirmation.

The release by the credit card administrator takes up to 48 hours. For bank slips, it takes 2 business days. And PIX confirmation takes 1 day. After payment confirmation, your order will enter separation, taking up to 7 business days to be dispatched. These separation days are already included in the deadline presented on the site, according to the ZIP code provided.

If you place your order on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, these do not count towards the deadline. Only one delivery address is allowed for each order.

The product will be returned by Nóss store if three delivery attempts are unsuccessful. For a new shipment, in case of absence or insufficient address, the shipping cost will be charged, and a new delivery deadline will be generated.

Delivery time varies from 5 to 20 business days, varying according to the payment method mentioned above. You can confirm the delivery time at the time of purchase by entering your address ZIP code in the indicated field.
